The Pigeon Valley is another must-see at Argos in Cappadocia and derives its name from the pigeon houses carved into the sides of the valley by the residents of Uçhisar. It is the largest and longest valley in Cappadocia open to tours. One evening you can take a peaceful walk in the valley and poke around these multi-storied pigeon houses and view the nesting boxes and folk art.
